	An OpenVMS version of the POP3 server based on RFC1460 & RFC1939 & RFC2449 & RFC2595.

	There is some configuration options:

	SPOP3_PORT	- A TCP-port number, by default it's 110;
	SPOP3_SPORT	- A TCP-port number for TLS connections, default is 995;
	SPOP3_TIMEOUT	- A network I/O timeout in seconds, by default it's 90 seconds;
	SPOP3_EXPIRE	- A number of days to keep mails before auto-deletion,
			default value is 0 - messages never is deleted;
	SPOP3_LOGINTVL	- A delaying beetwen logins in seconds, an information value for
			POP3 client, SPOP3 server don't use it;
	SPOP3_CHARSET	- A charset code which will be included into DECNET mail header;
	SPOP3_PR_THRESHOLD - A threshold in bytes for purge/reclaim operations, if 0 or not defined
			no purge operatin will be performed;
	SPOP3_RSA_CERT	- A path to RSA CERT in PEM format;
	SPOP3_NEW2MAIL	- Move mails from NEWMAIL to MAIL folder.
	SPOP3_FOLDER	- Default folder to retrieve mails.

	SPOP3_DEBUG	- Right id to performs debug output at user/session level;




	Startup SPOP3 server:
		$ @dev:[dir]SPOP3_SRV$STARTUP

	Shutdown server on node or at all cluster's members:
		$ MCR SPOP3_EXE:SPOP3_SRV.exe SHUT < node|* >


	To build images of the SPOP3 server:
		$ MMK
